Insurance & Payment Information:
Boulder Dental Arts is currently a participating provider with Delta Dental and United Health Care. No dental insurance? No problem! Ask about our Exclusive Dental Membership Plan. We are willing and able to offer you zero-interest financing for your dental services if needed.
We also take great pride in helping you with insurance. Our staff contacts your insurance company to carefully review what is and what is not included in your plan. In order to increase their profits the Insurance companies love inventing loopholes to deny procedures, and we love sniffing those out to protect you. We always want to provide you with the most accurate estimates for cost before anything is done. When Dr. Patrician had shoulder surgery he inquired about the cost and the surgeon’s staff sort of shrugged and admitted they had no idea. Apparently that works for them, but that would never, ever happen here.

That’s what makes Boulder great) and head due North from downtown Boulder on Broadway… or… you could use the map below to find your way to Boulder Dental Arts! Our cozy North Boulder office is located at 4520 Broadway, Suite B, Boulder, Colorado 80304. Look for us across the street from the gorgeous foot hills. Street parking is available to the front and sides of our building and there is a parking lot in the rear.
